Mr. Hundley is the Director of Surveying, Project Manager.  Specializing in preparing surveys, final subdivision maps and construction stake-out calculations.  Supervising five field crews and office technical support staff involved in Land Surveying and Engineering design support and development construction support.  

Areas of expertise include Property Boundary Resolution, ALTA/ASCM surveys, Green Acres, Farmland Preservation/Agricultural Surveys. Deed Surveys. Right of Way parcels acquisitions/dedications, Stream and Wetlands Surveys. OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Operations. 

Accepted by the New Jersey Superior Court as an Expert Witness in matters pertaining to property boundary location and measurements. Expert Witness testimony provided in trials in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, NJ
