May 2023 Approvals

  • Jackson Township Planning Board – 2111 Discovery Way, LLC, received Preliminary & Final Major Site Plan Approval for a 6,000 s.f. professional office building, Lot 1, Block 7310, West County Line Road, HC Zone
  • East Windsor Township Planning Board– Minor Subdivision Plan approved on May 8, 2023 to subdivide existing Lot 30, Block 48 (located at 26 Columbia Ave.) into two lots complying with S-L zone requirements.

June 2022 Approvals

  • East Brunswick Township Planning Board– Sadhu Vaswani Center – Bulk Variances and Preliminary and Final Site Plan approved on June 8, 2022 to demolish three existing structures at 6 Perry Road, 8 Perry Road and 110 Ryders Lane and construct a place of assembly and Pre-K school and convert existing structure at 4 Perry Road into a parsonage building, at the subject property referred to as Block 593.01, Lots 3, 4 and 5 and Block 594, Lot 7.03 within the Residential “R-3” zone.
  • Franklin Township Zoning Board– Sai Datta Mandir, Inc.-D(3) Conditional Use Variance, C variances and  Preliminary and Final Site Plan approved on June 2, 2022 to construct 28600+/- sf place of worship at 583 South Middlebush Road, Block 36.01, Lot 6.03 in zone “A”.

May 2022 Approval
