- Marlboro Township Zoning Board-Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan with Use and Bulk Variance approval on September 10, 2024 to construct a 10,903 sf Community Center Building on Hindu American Temple Site at Wooleytown Road and Texas Road-Block 147, Lot 17.01 within LC Zone.

- Monroe Township Planning Board–Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan for Parsonage Building approved on August 24, 2023 for Om Sri Sai Balaji Temple and Cultural Center Inc. site on Lot 2.01, Block 82 (located at 285 Rhode Hall Road)

- Brick Township Planning Board – Safe Harbor Marinas, Inc. – Manasquan River Club Marina, received Major Site Plan Approval for a 30,150 s.f. marina support building, Lots 1, Block 1368 & Lots 26 & 30, Block 1369, Marina Zone
- Howell Township Planning Board – 96 Industrial Court, LLC, received Preliminary & Final Site Plan Approval for a 90,000 s.f. warehouse facility, Lot 36.04, Block 168, Industrial Court

- Jackson Township Planning Board – 2111 Discovery Way, LLC, received Preliminary & Final Major Site Plan Approval for a 6,000 s.f. professional office building, Lot 1, Block 7310, West County Line Road, HC Zone
- East Windsor Township Planning Board– Minor Subdivision Plan approved on May 8, 2023 to subdivide existing Lot 30, Block 48 (located at 26 Columbia Ave.) into two lots complying with S-L zone requirements.

- East Brunswick Township Planning Board– Sadhu Vaswani Center – Bulk Variances and Preliminary and Final Site Plan approved on June 8, 2022 to demolish three existing structures at 6 Perry Road, 8 Perry Road and 110 Ryders Lane and construct a place of assembly and Pre-K school and convert existing structure at 4 Perry Road into a parsonage building, at the subject property referred to as Block 593.01, Lots 3, 4 and 5 and Block 594, Lot 7.03 within the Residential “R-3” zone.
- Franklin Township Zoning Board– Sai Datta Mandir, Inc.-D(3) Conditional Use Variance, C variances and Preliminary and Final Site Plan approved on June 2, 2022 to construct 28600+/- sf place of worship at 583 South Middlebush Road, Block 36.01, Lot 6.03 in zone “A”.

- Marlboro Zoning Board– Hindu American Temple & Cultural Center, Inc.-Bulk Variance/Use Variance, Preliminary and Final Site Plan approved on May 24, 2022 to construct two solar canopy carports over the existing parking lot,located at 31 Wooleytown Road, Block 147, Lot 17.01 within the “LC” zone.

- Jackson Township Zoning Board – “Jackson Towne Center” – Use Variance “D”, Bulk Variance & Preliminary Major Site Plan approved on April 14, 2021 to construct 192-Unit Apartment Complex + 32,000 SF Retail Space, Regional Pump Station, County Road Improvements, Traffic Light, W.
