Administrative Asistant

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide administrative support to project managers and engineering teams.
– Manage and organize project documentation and correspondence.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings.
– Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
– Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Proficiency in word processing applications
– Ability to handle multiple tasks from multiple team members and prioritize effectively.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
– High school diploma required.

Survey Technician
- Creating surveys of property from field notes, conduct calculations
- Proficient in AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, 2018 or greater
- Writing of metes and bounds descriptions
- Understanding of engineering plans, profiles, details is a plus
- Preparation of cut sheets is a plus
Experience
- 5+ years surveying experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D 2018 or later
- Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Survey Party Chief – 1 Person Crew
Gathers field survey data throuh use of Robotic Instrument and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) systems. Will plan and evaluate proposed field survey projects, prepare, process and coordinate the required field survey work and construction staking survey work and other surveys and maintain daily survey logs.
3 to 5 years experience
- 5+ years as a Party Chief
- Detail oriented, quality and precision-focused
- Team oriented, cooperative and collaborative
Professional Civil Engineer
- Partner Track Opportunity for Licensed P.E.
- Minimum of 10-15 experience in all phases of land development design using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Including site plans, subdivisions, sewers, hydrology, etc…
- Ability to supervise staff, interact with clients & attend board meetings a must
Environmental Scientist or Engineer
3 to 5 years experience
- Delineating wetlands limits
- NJDEP, Bureau of Land Use Permitting related to Wetlands, riparian zones, flod plains
- Experience or knowledge regarding endangered and threatened species/habitat identification is a plus
- Must be well-spoken, able to write technical reports
- Likes and is comfortable working in the field,
- Will be taught how to log soils test pits, conduct soil log and permeability testing, if no prior knowledge of same.
Survey Technical
3-10 years experience

- Well-spoken, good technical writing skills
- Project management experience
- Team player who can interact with both clients and agency review personnel
- Experience with AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, 2015 or greater
