Lorali E. Totten is the Manager of Engineering and Executive Vice President of CREST Engineering Associates, Inc. with over 40 years of experience as a professional engineer.  Ms. Totten has extensive experience with storm water management design, grading, understanding zone ordinances as well as working with municipal professions.  Though planning is not her vocation, Ms. Totten has served as a professional engineer requested to provide planning testimony. 

Ms. Totten has achieved his Professional Engineering & Professional Planning Licenses in the State of New Jersey.  Ms. Totten is also a member of the American Society of Engineers.
