Specializing in land development, Mr. Intile’s work entails multi-faceted responsibilities include carrying a broad range of residential, commercial and municipal projects through, from inception to completion. Mr. Intile is accountable for all aspects of project design and administration, including preparation and pricing of proposals: scheduling; quality control; providing expert testimony; budgeting; client contact and coordination; feasibility studies; specification and environmental impact statements writing; project reports; subdivision and site planning; grading and roadway design; hydraulic and hydrologic studies; and storm water, sanitary sewer and water systems design.

His position also requires a familiarity with various Federal, State and Municipal agency specifications and regulations as well as expediting the acquisition of permits from these respective agencies for the residential and commercial clients, additional responsibilities include preparation of various state applications and subsequent project implementation for various NJDEP Coastal Permits, NJDEP Treatment Works Approvals (BSDW) and Flood Hazard Area Control Act Permitting. In addition to his engineering duties he is responsible for assignment, coordination and quality of work with surveying and drafting departments.
