CREST Secures Successful Outcome With Preliminary Site Plan Approval

We are pleased to announce that the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted preliminary site plan approval to construct 192, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 32,000 s.f. of commercial space on West Veterans Highway (Route 528) in Jackson.

The preliminary site plan approval was granted during the Board’s February 3rd meeting.

This application, which spanned six years, was an example of a hard fought approval obtained by Crest Engineering Associates, Inc., which comprised of many facets of a complex development including: residential and commercial use components, regional sewer and water systems design, county-wide road improvements and obtaining multiple environmental and stormwater system design permits.

By keeping a single-minded focus for our client and fighting through multiple challenges presented along the way, we were able to deliver a highly successful outcome representing an economic success for our client along with a well designed and well thought-out development addition to Jackson Township.
